白醬義麵 Spaghetti in White Sauce

材料 Ingredients
義大利麵 Spaghetti1/2磅 lb (225)
白醬 Béchamel Sauce/White sauce 2 杯 cup
帕梅善起司粉 Grated parmesan cheese4 大匙 Tbs

做法:
1.煮麵水燒開後加入足夠的鹽。依照包裝指示將義大利麵煮熟。
2.將煮好的麵撈出放盤裡,撒上帕梅善起司粉,再淋上白醬拌勻。如果麵太乾,加煮麵水拌勻。



PROCEDURE
1. Boil a pot of water. Add enough salt and cook the spaghetti by following the package instruction.
2.Transfer the noodles to a pasta bowl. Sprinkle with the cheese and top with the white sauce. Mix to combine. If the noodles are too dry, add more cooking noodle water and mix.
